Mythology Embodied

Saturday, November 7: 1-4pm

Join us for a mythical journey!

As we begin our time together, Sarah will lead gentle and accessible movement in order to land in the physical body.

Once we settle in, Kay will guide us through a thoughtfully chosen myth - using active imagination.

This experience uses imagery to access the unconscious mind - bringing to light what has been tucked away in the depths.

Kay holds a PhD in Mythological Studies with Emphasis in Depth Psychology. She is a LPC therapist practicing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has been an adjunct professor, teaching at Tulsa Community College and the University of Oklahoma and has given lectures and workshops across the United States in Myth, Death and Grief. Topics also included: Belonging: The Archetype of Home, Tending Grief with Dreams. She works with Dreams, Fairy Tales and Myths.
