Park in the front lawn and walk down to the yurt.

Do not come to the house.

All bodies are welcome. Qi Gong can be practiced standing or sitting and all forms can be scaled to meet an appropriate level of productive effort. It is best to wear loose or stretchy clothing - something comfortable that you can move freely in.

Tuesday classes are prescriptive to meet the current season as well as the interests and needs of the group each week.

We always begin with joint opening, followed by opening, purging, cultivating, regulating and closing. The goal is to build a toolbox that you can practice on your own at some point.

Sarah focuses on descriptive queing for the physical postures, motion and gestures - then she layers contextual awareness of the intention (YI) of the forms - and the visual imagery that helps to refine the focus and attention within the forms.

After practice, we often share discussion and reflection for about 10 minutes. You are never obligated to share, but we find that staying for discussion really makes a well rounded integration.
