Community QiGong
QiGong cultivates health by combining slow, structured movement with breath regulation and focused attention, which supports circulation, reduces stress, and improves balance and flexibility over time.
Beyond the physical, its meditative component trains steadiness of mind and emotional and nervous system regulation that builds with consistent practice. At its deepest level, qigong connects body and breath to a broader tradition of inner cultivation, inviting practitioners toward greater self-awareness and a quiet sense of connection to something larger than the individual self.
Sarah informs QiGong practice by describing imagery, and intention (YI) for each form. Her classes have a strong medical and spiritual focus with a growing exposure of martial application and they are always informed by the current season.
